“In the coolest day -6 November 18 2014, my furnace decided to break down! After several frustrating hours calling around for service and outrageous quotes I came to EXPRESS Pros Heating Cooling and got Michael on the phone with assurance of same day service regardless the hour, plus the understanding of my financial situation which the other companies would not even consider. His son Josh showed a few hours later in the freezing hour of that night and got my furnace to work! Great job Josh. The professionalism, the understanding, the quality of work, the knowledge and precision is unsurpassed. I am very grateful for the great job Express Pros, Michael and Josh have provided, I recommend them in a heartbeat.! ”

” I was getting ready for Thanks Giving this year. It was three days before and I got up to start my yearly ritual to have my family for the holiday. I realized after I turned up the heat that the house was still cold. Our furnace was out! I was given the number for Express Pro’s from a friend. They came out on short notice. ” We had Express Pros out at our house the other day for a furnace repair, and got our heat going right away with no problems. We were very happy with their customer service, they were professional and also respectful of us and our home. They came in and got right to work and found the problem and wasted no time in getting it fixed, also cleaned up after they were done.
